About

Computer engineer, software engineer, and AI researcher

I'm a Computer Engineer and Software Engineer with a background in Artificial Intelligence, based in Baghdad, Iraq. My work spans full-stack development — backend APIs and the frontends that consume them — across multiple stacks (Python/Django, ASP.NET Core, FastAPI), plus applying AI and LLMs directly inside the systems I build, from an LLM-powered code-generation tool to a deep-learning forecasting model.

Alongside my engineering work, I hold an academic position as a Lecturer in the Department of Artificial Intelligence at Al-Nahrain University, where I teach and supervise applied AI and software projects. It's a dimension of my career that feeds directly back into how I build — I stay close to research while shipping real, working software.
